What is Logosynthesis®
An Integrative Approach
Some past experiences can continue to act in the present. In similar situations, memories, beliefs or inner images can reactivate automatically, creating a feeling of being stuck or overloaded. When this happens, part of the energy remains tied to these activators and can manifest in different ways: through reactions such as anger, shame, guilt or sadness; through physical signs such as tension, stomach ache, shallow breathing or restlessness; or in the form of recurring thoughts and inner dialogues that consume energy and make it difficult to feel fully present.
Logosynthesis® supports the release of these ties, allowing the recovery of energy and promoting greater presence, clarity and freedom of response.
How It Works
In Logosynthesis®, the work is based on the targeted use of words. Through guided and precise sentences, the release of energy that remained tied to past experiences, to limiting beliefs or also to images and expectations projected into the future is supported.
When energy is recovered, greater lightness, clarity and a more stable feeling of presence can emerge, often perceptible already during the work.
The process is structured but at the same time intuitive: it offers clear and concrete orientation, respecting each person's rhythm, depth and timing.
A Broader View of Who We Are
Logosynthesis® is based on a simple and profound idea: we are more than body and mind, we are also Essence. This dimension gives meaning to our life and accompanies our path of growth.
When energy remains tied to old experiences or rigid identifications — such as "I am my thoughts, my pain, my story" — contact with this Essence weakens. Logosynthesis® supports the restoration of this connection, promoting greater clarity, orientation and a more authentic relationship with one's own life.
Origins and Development
Logosynthesis® was founded and developed by Dr. Willem Lammers, a Swiss-Dutch psychologist, psychotherapist, and coach. Since 2005, he has refined this model through clinical practice and teaching worldwide. Today, certified practitioners work internationally to share this approach in therapy, coaching, and education.
